We guarantee you will be satisfied with Your Defining Moments products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you will need to contact Your Defining Moments within 14 days of the shipping date. Then you will need to promptly ship the item(s) back to Your Defining Moments for an exchange or full refund (less your shipping cost). If you do need to return an item, please contact Your Defining Moments at 972-951-1010 as soon as possible.

Please note the following:

• We will refund shipping charges only if your merchandise was defective or shipped to you in error.
• All merchandise is considered to belong to you until we receive it back in its original condition, including the packaging and all the accessories, to be eligible for refund. Your Defining Moments will not reimburse packaging cost and Your Defining Moments will not reimburse items damaged during return shipping due to lack of adequate packaging. We suggest, for your own protection, that you ship the package back to us insured for purchase value.
• After Your Defining Moments has promptly inspected your returned item(s), we will issue your refund for the purchase price of your item(s). Items that are not returned in the same condition as when they were shipped will be returned back to the buyer without refund.
• Returns are processed as soon as they are received and approved.
• You may decide to apply your approved refund(purchase price less shipping cost) toward an exchange for another Your Defining Moments product(s). If so, please notify Your Defining Moments via phone or email stating which product(s) you wish to exchange with.
• We can not accept returns on personalized stationary unless we made an error.
