Do you ship international and/or to Canada?
No, currently Your Defining Moments does not ship international or to Canada at this time. We do expect to offer this in the future. We also do not ship to PO Boxes, Army Post Office(APO) nor Fleet Post Office(FPO).

How long does it take to fill my order before you ship?
Your Defining Moments Blessing Boxes, Praise Boxes, Inspiration Frames, and Custom Photo Albums are hand assembled with the utmost attention to detail and quality. The stationary and matting are cut and assembled making sure we meet our high standards before shipping. We make every effort to ship in stock products up to the following day of your order. Customizations, heavy volume, or high seasonal demand could take longer. If needed, feel free to call 972-951-1010 or email us at info@yourdefiningmoments.com to inquire before ordering. Upon you order, we will immediately contact you via email regarding expected time to ship.

What shipping options do you offer?
Currently, we only offer UPS ground shipping - 48 Continental USA Only via ordering through our shopping cart. UPS shipping time could be 3 to 7 "business" days. If you need overnight, please contact us for quote.

Please Note: Shipping Cost is non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable or returned packages, unless we made a mistake.
